Use the same Procare parser foundation for internal checks like minimum hours, leaving early, and age/classroom readiness without mixing those rules into MEC2 comparison logic.
This lane parses Procare, normalizes it into child attendance records, and runs the real rule engine automatically. Cross-source rules also run when a workflow supplies both sources.
